Why Monadnock?
At just 3,165’ in Southern New Hampshire, Mount Monadnock is one of the most climbed mountains in the world. Summiting the peak in each of New England's four seasons is always a rewarding day hike but one that requires navigating very different trail conditions. We often share this mountaineering metaphor with clients, many of whom are climbing similar revenue and execution goals each quarter, with completely different competitors, colleagues, supply chain challenges or customer requirements. Our role in supporting these leaders and teams is to help them slow down, periscope up and adjust their org structures, teaming behaviors and relationships to make the best decisions for themselves, their team and their business.
Mount Monadnock was also the first peak our founder climbed as a teenager and one he flew over dozens of times in his father’s Cessna. From his home office in Vermont, Gad pauses each morning to enjoy the beauty of the sun rising over this lone mountain and fog in the Connecticut River Valley.
